Andrew Levin is a Partner at RA Capital Management, building and investing in early-stage private companies across biotech, healthcare technologies, and services. Previously he served as a Vice President at H.I.G. BioVentures and Director of Pharmaceutical Sciences at the Clinton Health Access Initiative. He holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MD from Harvard Medical School.

Josh Resnick is a Partner at RA Capital Management. Josh’s primary responsibility at RA Capital is to lead early-stage private investments in and oversee the creation of new companies developing drugs, medical devices, diagnostics, and research tools. Josh holds a BA in Chemistry from Williams College, an MD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He has more than 15 years of experience in investing, company formation, and company leadership across all stages of drug development, from discovery through commercialization. Josh was previously co-lead of SV Health Investors’ US Biotech practice where he was responsible for SV’s US venture creation activities, including its incubator, Brahma Discovery. Before SV, Josh was President and Managing Partner at MRL Ventures Fund, the early-stage therapeutics-focused corporate venture fund within Merck & Co. Prior to MRL Ventures, Josh was a Venture Partner with Atlas Venture and a Partner at Prism Venture Partners, focusing on company formation and seed and Series A investing. Josh is currently a faculty member at Harvard Medical School and continues to practice medicine as an attending physician in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Michal Silverberg MBA is a Managing Director at the Novartis Venture Fund in Cambridge, MA, USA. Prior to joining NVF, she was Senior Partner at Takeda Ventures and was also at Novo Nordisk in Business Development and New Product Commercialization. Since 1998, she has held positions in various sectors of the life science industry including in the Office of the Chief Scientist of Israel, VC and in global pharmaceutical and biotech companies. She received her BA in Economics and Business Management from Haifa University, her MBA from Tel Aviv University, and her MSc in Biotechnology from Columbia University, NY.

Aiden Aceves is a Vice President on the investments team at Insight. He joined the firm in 2021 to focus on investments in therapeutics and enabling technologies. Aiden was previously an associate at Vida Ventures, where he worked in the firm’s LA office making investments in innovative cell and gene therapy companies. Prior to becoming an investor, Aiden worked on founding and operating biotechnology companies in San Diego California, where he is based.

Aiden traces his academic lineage to Caltech, where he earned his doctorate in the lab of Dr. Steven Mayo, a leader in the space of computational protein engineering. Aiden received his B.S. in synthetic chemistry from the University of California, Riverside.

Vikas Goyal has been working in the biotech industry for 20 years, with a particular focus on corporate strategy, capital formation, corporate partnerships, and M&A for early stage therapeutics companies.

Vikas is a Venture Partner at Longwood Fund where he focuses on growth stage investments in late preclinical and clinical stage biotechnology companies. Prior to joining Longwood Fund, Vikas was a Managing Partner at Trekk Venture Partners, where he led investments in biotechnology companies developing life-changing medicines. Previously, Vikas was Senior Vice President of Business Development for Pandion Therapeutics. He initially joined Pandion as a Board member and investor in 2018, and ultimately joined the company full-time in 2019 taking the company through a research collaboration with Astellas, an IPO, and the company’s acquisition by Merck for $1.85 billion in 2021. Vikas joined Pandion from SR One, where he invested in and served on the boards of 19 early stage biotech companies including Morphic Therapeutics (acquired by Eli Lilly), River Vision Development (acquired by Horizon), Nimbus Therapeutics (Tyk2 acquired by Takeda), Spero Therapeutics (tebipenem acquired by GSK) and Pandion (acquired by Merck). River Vision and Horizon developed Tepezza™ (teprotumumab) a new standard of care in the treatment of Grave’s Orbitopathy and the first therapy ever approved for the indication.

Earlier in his career, Vikas was a Consultant at McKinsey & Co’s Pharmaceutical practice in New Jersey, a co-founder of Extera Partners, and a Business Development Manager at Infinity Pharmaceuticals. He is a member of the Kauffman Fellows Society (Class 17). Vikas earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Neurobiology from Harvard University. He is a board member of the Wharton Health Care Alumni Association.

Hannah H. Chang is a Managing Director at Platanus, a global evergreen investment fund. Dr.Chang leads the firm’s healthcare venture capital strategy, investing in innovative biotechnology companies with transformative therapeutic potential. Representative investments include Ray Therapeutics, Callio Therapeutics, Semma Therapeutics (acquired by Vertex Pharmaceuticals), Akouos (NASDAQ: AKUS, acquired by Eli Lilly), and Korro Bio (NASDAQ: KRRO).

She was previously an investment professional at 5AM Ventures where she helped found IDEAYA Biosciences (NASDAQ: IDYA) and served as a Board Observer for Crinetics
Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: CRNX), among others. Earlier in her career Dr. Chang was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting and a member of the Healthcare Practice in their Boston office.

Dr. Chang obtained her M.D. from the Harvard-MIT Program in Health Sciences and Technology, Ph.D. in Biophysics from Harvard University, and B.A. in Chemistry from Princeton
University. Her research has been published in Nature, Lancet, and Physical Review Letters. Dr. Chang trained clinically in internal medicine and ophthalmology at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, respectively.
